1. I'm obsessed with ships! I like to draw them, model them, and talk about them, especially Titanic, though other ships of the era and more modern ships... and ships in general also capture my interest.
2. I'm a cat person. They're just so fucking cute!
3. I'm a bit OCD.
4. I'm a survivor of childhood leukemia. I don't have many memories from the time I was afflicted with it or my treatment, and life has been normal ever since.. Well, normal in terms of health.. not so much with other things, which is another story altogether.
5. I'm a staunch Atheist with much interest in science, the logical and rational scientific search for a better understanding of reality, ourselves, world and the universe, while refuting unnecessary supernatural claims and literal interpretations of scripture, especially concerning creationism, which I have a special pet peeve for.
6. I'm fascinated with astronomy, miniatures and disasters.
7. I spend a lot of time on the internet and computer.
8. I'm more or less self-taught with my art and 3D modeling, learning by example, experiment, experience and trial-and error.
9. I love cities and cityscapes. My favorite city is Chicago.
10. I love thunderstorms and snowstorms. I wish they would happen often around here.

Actually, it's not so much that I'm lazy.... It's just... I think it's a diabolical thing to do, and I love it, because I'm an occasionally diabolical and sometimes sadistic SOB.

Winter Feature - Still coming soon!

So, I'm going to do a feature for December (Actually, I'll probably keep it up for a couple months or so, as well as a news feature).
The subject of this feature will be, of course, Winter!
Or to be more specific...

Winter scenes such as snowscapes, frozen water or ice-scapes, classic winter scenes and winter skies, etc.
That also includes any holidays which might have plenty of neat winter decorations, I'm especially looking for amazing Christmas trees and anything covered in plenty of colorful bright lights, preferably amongst plenty of snow, keeping with the wintery feeling.

As for mediums, I will accept photography, digital and 3D art, and traditional art.

If I really like it, I'll be sure to feature it, and let you know when I do.
